I would put the tires on now. Personally I would not want to store the new ones. Put them on and ride. Save the old ones in case of emergency.

Easier to work with tires when you can set them out in the sun to warm up. I'd ride enough to use up the rest of your current tires by July or August and change them then.

I know how you feel Dawg, I ordered the new E3's and installed the rear because the old 402 didn't have many miles left. Even though my front 402 has plenty of tread left, I'm dying to put the new E3 on the front now. I thought you had already installed your's with the DynaBeads???

Put on the new E3's now. Give your current tires to a friend that is cash strapped. That way two of you are happy, and you get to use the new tire changer twice.

I voted for option #1 but only because there wasn't a choice of taking some vacation time and riding enough miles to wear the current tires out and put the new ones on when you got back.

I'd say grow a set and put 'em on now and don't be a mama's boy.
