You live in Vermont, how long can the riding season be up there? If you can get this season out of the old tires do it and have the winter to work on the bike.

I am in a similar situation I was given the Harbor Freight tire changer as a gift for Christmas and I just ordered a set of E3's for mine today......I am going to run my old 402's til they need to be changed which is probably another 6000-7000 miles hopefully about mid summer. Cause I am frugal, I can't help it.....just the way I am.
