I wouldn't wait too long. Even though you don't have many miles you've had the same fluids in the bike for over two years. A bike sitting up and not ridden much will get condensation in the fluids which can cause rust over time.

That's for clean oil sitting in the bottle, not oil in an engine that has been run and contains contaminates. Any "extended drain" recommendation by syn oil manufacturers state "xxx miles or 1 year, which ever comes first." I have "free maintenance" on my car (paid for on the window sticker I'm sure) that they do when the light goes yellow or every year, whichever comes first.
