Default v-stream feedback

i may have FINALLY found the right windshield...tall v-stream on my road glide. came in this week and got to ride about 150 miles today and all i can say is WOW!!! just the right amount of air and absolutely no buffeting. could reach out about 2-3 " outside my shoulders and feel where the air stream was being deflected to but just a breeze on face at 75-80 mph. i had a clearview and was pretty happy with it. added hogg chopps about 6 months ago and really didn't make much difference one way or the other. this truly did make a difference. i was concerned also that it might be hard to hear the tunes since the shield seems a little narrow but i swear it was quieter than any windshield i have bought (and believe me, i have bought a few windshields). of course, the new 7.25 j & m speakers help too. one happy camper, and no, i have no affiliation with national cycle.

Yup, Vstream is the best yet. Clearview was ok but, kinda fugly and when I tried to remove it for service the center wellnut was seized and the windshield broke trying to remove it. Went back to stock and was reminded of the buffeting. So, yep, Vstream is the way to go.

Having tried them at Daytona, in the near same sizes the Windvest 12" and 10" look and perform better in my little opinion.
Regardless I think the v-stream windshields look WAY better and perform better than the klockwerks windshields...

Again, just my opinion. No offense to anyone owning either.

I also have the Vstream tall - works great, but is TALL! I'd love to try the "Standard" height.

Put the V-Stream Low (10.75") on my Limited a couple weeks back. More air coming over it than I expected, but now that I'm getting used to it I like it. I might consider the tall when winter gets closer, but for now the idea of having a little more air for warm weather seems like a good idea.

Standard height, it's the same as the stock windshield.

I have been running the little KW shield for 2 years now and a friend let me try his Wave "Low". I didn't put many miles on it, but I liked it for sure so far. My only complaint is I couldn't get it to sit nicely against the fairing. Has anyone else experienced this?
