I have an 08 Ultra with a 103 big bore kit. Rode around Daytona this past weekend and got some 250 degree oil temps. Bike was frying my butt. Anybody have 2 cents on oil coolers and the various parade fans that are now available

You better check your tune first, before you go spending unnecessary money.I would add an oil cooler though it could only help!!! Try the Lenale fan too,it cheaper & better than HD's fan kit!!!
Thanks Folks I'll try all of your suggestions. My dealer said that 250 was fine and expected on a hot Florida day. The bike was sluggish at that point and wanted to ping. I thought about removing the lower fairings for the summer. Will do the oil cooler asap. Was interested in the fans as well
Thanks
I would guess that you bike was tuned when the kit was installed, right?
250 is "normal" for the TC engine in those conditions. Going slow. Remember, the TC is not just an air cooled motor; it is also an oil cooled motor because oil is sprayed on the underside of the pistons to help cool them. So, an oil cooler is required IMO. Also run a good synthetic oil like Amsoil or Redline.
I have the HD premium cooler and it dropped my temps to 185 in normal conditions and a max of 235 in the conditions you described.
Simple solution to your concern . . . get a cooler.

An oil cooler is a good idea, I have one myself, but it's not going to help much if you're riding around town in traffic, the oil cooler works by having air flowing through the fins, no air flow means very little cooling effect. The fan will do more good in that situation, that's why it's called a "parade" fan, it's also going to blow that hot air right onto your leg & butt, thus more frying. Best bet is the open road, that's what they were made for.
isn't 250 sort of normal? i though when u get to 270-280 then u should worry... I got 262 the other day... its pretty hot where i am... dealer says its fine, it can reach to 270...
