So after 4 years I finally got around to buying a new timer cover to replace the ugly *** thing that came on the back which had 6 screws. 2 for mounting & 4 dumby screws. When I removed it I found out it is about 3 times thicker than the one I just purchased today. Now I have a sinking in kind of look leaving a lip around where the cover screws in. Anyways I purchased a cover with horizontal holes BUT the book says my bike takes vertical hole mounting timing covers. So I'm kind of wondering if I'm missing one of the 3(i think 3) plates that are supposed to be down there.
Anyways that is my little rant not really a good post just needed to type & say Ohio Bike Week is Friday!!!! we had 155,000+ bikers last year!!! Can't wait, so much more to do this year than in 09. Hope to see you guys around town over the next 2 weeks! Ride safe though we have a lot of traffic for Cedar Point & a lot of idiot drivers!!!
