Had the same problem, no biggie! Just slide the saddlebags back till the are out of the way. It's a 5 minute adjustment. Yes, the bags are adjustable.

Does anyone know if Sundowner has a website? I haven't been able to find one, and would like to know if they have a solo and backrest that fit a pre-1997 Road King. The frame on my '96 is different than later bikes, and the seats for the older bikes won't fit the newer, and vice versa.
