Default Will it fit?

Hi guys............need some help....

i have a 2010 ultra and my question is this....

can i fit an adjustable rider backrest and a grab rail for the passenger on the same bike, or is it one or the other?

You can do both. I have an adjustable rider backrest on my '09 Ultra Classic and originally had a passenger grab rail that I took off. The passenger grab rail bracket mounts under the adjustable backrest mount.
