Default Chirping Pipes

The exhaust (stock) on my Road King "chirps" like a bird when I'm sitting at a light just idling. It sounds like it's coming from where the mufflers connect to the head pipes, but it's hard to tell exactly. Chirping like a bird! Anybody have any ideas/fixes?

I've never heard of that one before. Maybe you should try buying a predatory bird or just a 12 guage.

Check the rubber bushings where the muffler bracket attaches to the rear.

That's exactly what I thought also when I had the "bird chirp" while stopped at Idle. Turns out it was a loose bolt on the head pipe brace / bracket just above the starter. Put some lock tight on the bolt, tightened it up and haven't heard a "peep" since.
it worked for me anyway
