Just wondering about cam chain tensioner on New Rushmore bikes. I have 2016 SGS with 35,000 miles on it. Is it something that I should be worried about and get it done ?

The hydraulic on late models have been known to go a long time. I wouldn’t worry about it until 75-80k. There have a been a couple early year hydraulics with the piston installed upside down that wore quickly, but on a 16 you should be good. Check at 50k for peace of mind if you wish.

For piece of mind at 40,000 miles I'm going to replace the entire cam chest with all S&S. Getting some more power also. Some of my trips and trips coming up put me a few thousand miles from home.
