Sound maybe like a server problem.

My laptop is old, and I had that problem, but added some RAM to the computer and it doesn't hang and crash anymore. In my case it was my computer's fault.

I love Firefox, but even have problems with some sites, (This is one) on my laptop. Very slow and locks up. I downloaded Google Chrome, and it runs smooth as heck with it.. may want to give that a try... It's pretty cool and has not got all the "bells and whistles" so it doesn't take nearly the system resources the others do.

Never had a problem with it here. You might want to check if you have the most recent update for it.

Firefox is all I have used for years (since the Mozilla browser became Firefox). I had been lurking here for years before joining, the only problems I have seen have been server-side issues. If you are using a Microsoft OS, your problem is likely there...

I use Firefox or Safari when on a Mac, Explorer on a PC, Chrome when I want to try something different. Never had problem. Firefox does a lot of updates. Do you have the newest edition? 3.6.8 on both Macs and PCs.

No, not at all. I only use Firefox and have done so for the past five years.
