You may want to make sure that FBI has their act together. Been hearing a lot of complaints lately.....
Ya, make sure you ask how long it's going to take.
I ordered mine over the net and it took over a month to get my fender. I assume because it had to be painted denim black. I've heard they have certain colors in stock. I guess denim black isn't a respected color to have in stock. Wasn't really a big deal since I didn't even have my wheels on yet.

I would give them the benefit of the doubt for now. It seems there were complaints and a lot of them revolved around a guy name Larry (i think that was his name) that worked there. The owner of FBI created an account on here and stood up to the complaints like a man, recognized the issues, apologized for the behavior and the problems and made other honorable statements. He supposedly rectified a few issues. Definitely ask the questions when you call them as stated above, but i would give them a call. Oh yea... and tell them them you don't want to work with the Larry guy (if that is his name, there is a post that can be searched on here and i am too lazy right now) due to poor and deceitful customer service tactics. Maybe if enough complaints come around this guy they'll let him go if they haven't yet.
Of course all this is just my opinion .
By the way... all you picture posters... i haven't seen a single picture that isn't showing a gorgeous bike! Congrats to you all on super nice rides!
Thanks a ton! A lot of work into each of them. I am looking to be a fugly owner soon so i've been doing a lot of trolling lately. Lowers on the bike look so good i think i will order them ASAP.
