Hey ya ,had to change the motor mount on my 03 ultra got a mount from harley now the bike has more vribration than before .The new and emproved mount is hard and thicker lets you feel more than before .Found the old stile mount on line problem gone.
It does take some time for the mount to settle in. The old one is smoother from the get-go, but doesn't last as long. Buy the Glide Pro and get the best of both worlds.
I just replaced my new type front mount with the older type, too.
It was $21 delivered, and although I will go to the Glide Pro sooner or later, I would prefer to wait until they are a bit more settled on the durometer and ultimate design, than it now appears (to me) that they are.
They may very well be there already, but when I watch Jake talk about the evolution of the different kits he sells, on the GP web site videos, I decided to hold off this time, and see if (over time) they have the finished rendition nailed.
But yeah ..... the older style is worth looking for ...... if not going with the current GP.
