Default Rear brake line leak

I just got home from Jersey last night and found my brakes a bit hot and soft so I replaced the pads as I have done in the past and went about my day just getting to my first stop and to my no rear brakes, I stopped and checked everything out, and found a leak in the line, when I pressed the brake I found the leak in the brake light switch of all places. I have never seen that before so I ordered the part the kit comes with the switch and line so I will change it all just for the hell of it, here is the big question Do I need to remove the front section of the exhaust or not?

Thanks Ron
