Question Exhuast question

I have a 2008 Ultra classic with 96 cu in engine, true dual V & H exhuast, V & H slip ons, SERT tuner, K & N filter. I want to put my stock slip-ons back on and discover that they are for 88 cu in engine. Don't ask how it happen. Thru several trades and swaps, I would up with pipes that have the stamp FLH 1584 on them. My questions is what happens if I
put them on the 96 cu in engine with true duals. Will it hurt my engine.
