Default Lubing new levers and clutch cable

I am getting ready to install new levers and a cluch cable. Any recommendation on grease for the levers and lube for the clutch cable?

If your clutch cable is from Harley, I doubt you will need to lube. Harley's super lube is cheap and it works.

I like this stuff. Accidently spray some on your levers and you'll be impressed with how long it lasts!

My can came with the little lube tool, but it isn't necessary. In fact, it only works if the cable is off the bike.

Thanks for the cable lube suggestions. I am using Magnum cables so I wasn't sure they were pre-lubed. Any suggestions for a good grease for greasing the lever friction points? I just don't want to use something that will make a mess when they get warm.

Disconnect the cable from the lever, cut the ties and lay it out flat on the ground.
When fluid comes out the lever end.....it is lubed.
May take a few hours.

I've been using Stalube Super White grease for the lever and Motion Pro cable lube.

If it is Teflon coated, do not lube the cable. If it is not Teflon coated, dri slide is hard to beat.

Your post prompted me to check Magnum's site which if my brain was working when I posted I would have checked first. The cables are pre-lubed and have a teflon sleeve. This tells me that I don't need to worry about it for a while. Sorry for wasting time on this and thanks for the replies.
