Most likely you have a Bazooka amp going into protection mode for some reason such as a speaker going bad, a short in a speaker wire, low voltage, bad ground, or even the amp going bad.
If it's still under warranty, it'll be best to take it back where you had it installed and let them troubleshoot the problem.
If you have an old speaker that works, you can put wires on it and then turn your radio on and to a volume that you should be hearing. Touch the wires from your old speaker to the 2 speaker wires coming out of the back of your radio. If that speaker plays, then you know your radio is good and you have amp or speaker problems.
Also, after you know the problem is not in the radio, you can take a AA or 9 volt battery, attach a wire to the positive and negative terminal of the battery and touch the 2 wires to the speaker terminals of your speakers (with the ignition off). If the speaker pops, then you have narrowed the problem down to the amp.
