Biketronics
It's not often we get to write and praise a vendor for something we feel we are paying them to do. But when they just seemingly go out of their way to be courteous, helpful, nice, and accommodating plus answer every question under the sun, I think they deserve some sort of praise. Biketronics is such a vendor. After a number of calls and a million questions I bought a DSX-S100 multimedia radio from them with the retro radio install kit. I wrote about it on here a couple of weeks ago. Well after the install I didn't like it as much as I'd hoped because the screen just washed out completely in the sun. I called them and spoke with Donna again. I explained my dilemma. I told her I thought the Sony marine radio with the silver face might be better. She said no problem. I'll send you one out right away and when you get it send me yours back. I'll charge you just for the difference in cost of the radio. She even paid the shipping to me. I had it in two days. I installed it last night and I love the look of the sliver face. Functionally it seems easier to use too. Never the less I felt I had to give them a big thumbs up for their help and service. It's nice to know there are vendors still out there willing to do what ever it takes to satisfy a customer.
It's an 08. Painted by Vivid Dragon. Harley black pearl with a candy wine color and some red and white lettering thrown in there.
I too had great experience with Biketronics. They took the time to answer several stupid questions I had during the install.
Could you post a picture of the "Silver Faced" radio? I thought all marine radios were "white".

In fact it is silver. You can change the color of the back light from blue to red.
