Default New Ultra

Traded in my Fatboy for a 2010 Ultra. So far so good. Only problem I have is when I have the passenger pegs down, I seem to get caught in the back of my calfs. Anyone have this problem. Maybe too short, since I am 5`8? Also how do I change my Avitar??

Yeah I had the same problem with the passenger boards. It might be because I'm only 5'5",but since I always ride solo,I removed the rear boards.

I also am 5'8" and had this issue when I first purchased my UC but have gotten used to it. Sometimes I just have the wife get off before backing up which seems to help.

I'm 6'1" and almost dropped my SG the day I got it because of the rear floorboards. I went to stop with the wife on the back and I was used to kinda letting my feet drift back when I was stopping on my Rocker, well that didn't work and my leg got caught by the floor board. Luckily I saved it. After that I did some practicing and got used to them!

Sorry but we are all in the same boat. Just get used to it and wait to put your foot down closer to the stop.

I am 5'8" also . I sent my shocks to bitchin baggers and had the original shocks cut down by an inch and a half and now I have. much better control all the time not just when I am riding two up. The back floor boards hardly bother me at all now.

6' and almost lost her once with the wife on back, since then, I never try to take to much of a stide while backing up. You'll either forget about it and fall or get used to and compensate.
