I have a 2010 ultra limited with the CAT removed from the head pipe and a PCV installed.
It wants to stumble from a dead stop at idle sometimes and above 3000 rpm at times....
Tried having it dyno tuned but that failed for whatever reason.....(tech told me he couldnt tune it due to the pipes)......was also told to change over to a D&D Fatcat....by same tech....I've seen multiple times on this forum of people doing this same thing w/o any problems....any advice??????? Thanks Again
I would suggest calling another tuner if you can. I have seen lots of people on here who have removed the cat without any problems. Was the pipe welding back up without any leaks?

The pipe was welded correctly also running D&D slipons.......I feel I've dropped enough money on this......to attempt another dyno run.......
I've read places where it said that removin the cat in stock head pipe will allow the 02 sensors to "cross talk" and throw a wrench in the works. I put Fullsac performance ceramic coated head pipe on mine and it's great.
Seems like the PCV is bad or the O2 sensors were never disconnected
The O2 sensors have benn disconnected.....amd theres been no indication the PCV is bad.....was remapped again after Dyno run........I was thinking abut sending it back to Fuel Moto to have it remapped again.........
I own a 2010 Ultra Limited with the cat cut out. I did it my self. Then installed a Screaming Eagle Race Tuner w/ a high flow air cleaner. Then had it dynoed. It runs great with no problems and the heat issue is gone.
