Finally Decided
I swear, picking a good tuner was harder than picking a doctor for my kids.
After a lot of research and help from people on the board, I made an appointment to see Dave at JD's Cycle Works.
Going to make the 2hr drive to Bethlehem on 12/3. Will post results after the tune.
