I want to thank everyone for their support regarding the parts I bought from RKCFED. He agreed to refund the purchase price. I'm out the $33 for return postage and I'm still searching for a set of good heads, but he's not a thief. I was pretty pissed at the time and in retrospect could have given him more time to respond. Hopefully he has learned a lesson about the importance of carefully packaging parts to prevent damage. I'll make sure to get insurance and insist on careful packaging next time. Please do not send him any more PM's as I now consider the issue closed.

 

what kind of heads are you looking for?

 

Glad you ironed things out, but I still say he was in the wrong w/how "poorly" he packaged the heads. Anyone who's ever shipped parts knows to "isolate" the contants w/proper packaging. Hope you find some decent heads.

 

Glad is resolved .. I would never PM either of you as it's your issue but will add 3.00-5.00 dollars of insurance could have made it a lot easier.. Good Luck finding another set ..

Glad you had a satsifactory resolution. I've had one problem with a forum member who sold me a wheel that he assured me was the right one. Then he wouldn't respond to me when I called him on it. Shame on him for lying and shame on me for not checking with someone else. Anyway, sold the wheel on EBay so at least I'm not out too much.
