HI to all ,, I have been around on this site for allmost a year , but have not logged on for some time , and i forgot my users info so this is why i have started a new users name,, (sorry )

OK now about the compensator, let me tell you frist i have a 2008 ultra, no problems to speak of , untill now,, it was having a hard time starting, gears grinding with the backfire ,kickback ,, after reading about so much on here I changed the compensator and starter drive , all I can say about the way it runs is WOW this has really smothed the bike out , does not ride like it was the same bike

So I want to thank every one that has posted info about this , and like to say to every one that has not changed there compensator out , this is a must do

Hope this works for me also. Just ordered one on Friday.

 

I ordered mine last Febuary. It was supposed to be my last winter mod. It was on backorder so long, riding season was here by the time I got it. It is still sitting on the shelf waiting to be my first winter project. I hope I get as good of results as what has been reported on here.

The best mod ever made to my bike. No more big bang when starting, no more rocks in the primary, and more more viberation between 2800 and 3100 rpm's. It's like riding a different bike, can't believe what a difference it made.
