You could get a couple small clamps & mount em just under the rail.
Wouldn't look to obvious, but would give you running lights & extra brake or signal lights.

So you are or you are not interested in Electra Glo light rails?
Not, cant afford them.

You could always mount something like hyperlites onto the rails. I have them on my license plate frame. They have 3 way and 2 way and they are under $100
