Default cold weather

I just got to ride for the first time in over a month, due to elbow problems. man I thought I was gonna die. I haven't gone more than a week in over 8 years. how do you guys who live in the snow do it. going months every year without riding. no way.

I have other hobbies besides riding a motorcycle.....
In the winter my wife and I will hike snow covered trails up and down mountains in Acadia National Park with snow shoes....
In the spring we play on a 4-wheeler, trying to find the
biggest muddiest place around......
In the fall we hunt bird, rabbit, and deer......
And during riding season, we travel through-out New England
in search of good smokey bbq joints......

Not sure how others handle their 'off season'....

Ice fishing, snowmobiling, forums, skiing, hunting, take a trip, something, do anything to keep yourself moving. Otherwise, you will just wither up and die! 15 inches of snow yesterday to go on top of the 2 feet we already had on the ground. -4 degrees this morning when I got up this morning. Spring is going to come.

Winter's tough, but tolerable...I get all the "honey do" items off my list so there's more rid'n time come spring/summer.
