I have ordered from them in the past without a problem, even called for a replacement part that I had broken and it was replaced free of charge, didn't even charge for shipping. They are on my "good" list of vendors.
Times change and so does customer service. They now suck IMHO they are rude and don't seem to care weather you buy from them or not. F them they can keep it.
I just got a email from them 10 mins ago. I called them and spoke to paul directly. My stealth 3 plate is in and they emailed me to let me know. No issues here.
As far as rude and dont care, I didnt get that from them. I meet them at the vtwin show and easy rider show. Paul seems cool, he took his time and didnt rush me.

I too just got off the phone with them. Was beginning to wonder???
Ive emailed them with questions and my questions were personally ansewered from Paul Yaffe not all the same day but they were replyed to. After replying to multiple emails with additonal questions he didnt try to sell me anything and actually recommended another manufacturer for what better suited my peticular application. He was helpful to me and I didnt notice any attitude at all.
I visited his store in Phoenix last summer. They are busy nonstop. Go ahead and take your business somewhere else. That will give them more time with the next customer.
Anybody have problems ordering direct from Yaffe? Seems difficult to get someone to answer the phone, returm messages or emails???
Or am I having a off day????
I bought my Yaffe Monkey Bagger Bars from Dr. V-Twin. They were delivered immediately, and I got them at a discount price. Give them a call...maybe they have the Yaffe part that you need.
