Default Higher Bars...

Currently I have stock bars on my K11 FLHR. I'd like some bars that are just a tad higher, but other wise close to the same as what I have now. Anyone know about how much higher I can go without have to replace wires and hoses? I'm only loking to go up 1-2 inches. Also any suggestions on what's out there in a decent affordable bar. Thanks!!!

Wild Ones Krome Werks or Cyclesmiths. All have a +2 inch forward and +2 inch up. Two are pricey, one is not. You get what you pay for. Krome Werks' makes for a bad wrist position IMO.

Just yesterday ordered the +2 Tall Sweepers (300505) from Khrome Werks for my 06 SG. PN 300515 is for the newer TBW bikes. For bars ($49.92), Longer clutch cable, new top clamp, plus shipping it only came to $138 from Zannotis. I've researched this alot and this is the most affordable option. Puts your hands at a more straight position rather than angling out. They are just as wide as my stock bars. From what I've read it is advisable to just change the clutch cable. I'm changing the top clamp to get away from the two piece setup. Hope this helps.

Wild1 8.5's fit with no mods except potentially a TBW throttle extension, and 10's allegedly fit but you'll be at the absolute limit of the brake and clutch line. One guy said he had to position the bars just right for them to fit, and it was a stretch. Call wild1 and ask for sure, though.

The 8.5's are a little taller and wider than the stock Road King bars.

I ran HD FXRP 10.5" bars for years, only mod is to bend the brake line feed a bit. Only 31.5" wide, so I didn't feel like I was behind a wheelbarrow...

Put the Wild Ones 12.5 inch 502's last week, no test ride yet due to the nasty weather in southeast Texas.
