well it took all fall- winter to line up everything but she runs!, started right up even, just primed the cylinders, and head with a lil gas, didn't wanna hurt the starter any. This was my first try inside a hd, there not to bad to work on, oil pressure jumped up in about 20 seconds, no leaks, very excited to get out on it, only 34 degrees here. v/h headpipe and monster rounds look good, could be a lil quieter, but some of that may just be the motor work.S/E map seems way off for this setup,have richened up cold start steps, and cranking fuel, a/f map set at 13.5, and bumped the kpa up ten 1750-4000/ 10%-40%, will set it up better when its broken in, had a hiccup in it last night when I tried it.Started it this morning 26 degrees, never stalled thinks it closer.

 

took a lil spin this afternoon, put 12 miles on it, first thing I noticed is it'll idle along real easy, no problem puttn at 1800 rpm, the stock motor would only buck down there, one of my gripes about the 96" great weather for heat sinking and breaking in a mill, cools off real quick in the cold, gaver a quick shot 90 comes real quick, looks to be alot of fun.
