I'm a DINKTUB. Dual income no kids two bikes. I fear Urban areas.

I think the boots are ugly. If my friends wore them...I probably wouldn't notice...or care.

 

Hey guys, I haven't laughed this much in a long time especially at my expense. Guess I deserved to get flamed with those Peter Pan boots but hey, wouldn't it be cool to be able to walk on a ceiling? LOL! I think I'll go back to my tough looking engineer style Harley boots. You never know when you have to kick some a$$.

 

Yeah, and you;ll then have enough tough leather, buckles, rings and stuff to sacrifice off of the boots to do emergency bike repairs! hah

 

I think I will buy a pair just so I can slap someone when they laugh at them.

 

I agree with allot of you, I dont wear clothes for fashion, I wear what I like and what is comfortable and provides safety to me.

I have always worn just a t shirt in warmer weather. After a recent bike crash that sent me 50 feet down the pavement, and having just put on my leathers due to it getting colder, I've taken a second look at protection. I bought one of those armor mesh jackets for riding in warmer weather. It is not Harley looking and says ROCKET in big letters on the back. I'm going to at least try to be good about wearing this, but I don't know how long it will last. F&CK all of you if you don't like my jacket.

 

That sounds like a true biker right there.

 

Wouldn't PINK boots be a fashion statement? or a lifestyle statement? no thanx I'll stick to black...
