Can the ABS be installed on a 2006 Ultra

No retro fitting of ABS on any bike, even the ones that can be ordered with it.

with enough money anything is possible but it would not be worth it.

Harley have fitted ABS to Police models for many years, so it may be possible to retrofit an 06 system, rather than a modern civilian version. The Police one is likely to be more straight-forward to fit as it is an earlier generation of these systems, compared with the 08 and onwards bikes with it on that we can buy.

But essentially the two previous replies hit the nail on the head!

Frankly I have my doubts about the benefits of ABS, although I have only owned one bike with it, a BMW. I carried it around as a sleeping passenger for over 50k Miles and it never once worked it any of the situations I got myself into.
