Does anyone know approximatly what the throttle % is running 60mph, 5th gear around 3k?

I have a PCV with a FM map and I'm getting some detonation/ping around that cruise range. I'm using 93 octane gas but as the temps in Tx get hotter i'm starting to have detonation issues. I already backed off the timing adv on 0-40 % as I was having detonation issues when bliping the throttle.

I'll email Jamie Monday but wanted to see if anyone knew this so I could play with it this weekend.
