Default Moustache Engine Guards

Anyone have moustache engine guard on their bike? I was wondering if the built in highway pegs on top of it was a comfortable place to put your feet? I like the way the bar looks, and figure if I get them, won't need highway pegs. Any thoughts?

Default Lindby Bars

I had one on my Kaw, Vulcan Classic (Softale heritage clone).
I too liked the look but it wasn't too awefully functional, for me anyway.
I'm 6'4" so it was a little close.
A little too close to the middle too.
I agree withe last post, pegs still needed.

I'm 6'1 and they are very comfortable to me, I also noticed that with my feet up top most all the turbulence stops, I also have the highway pegs mounted down low for more options on a long ride

I have them and use them, but as others have said pegs down lower will be more comfy.

I have the Kuryakyn ergo bars (I think that is what they are called) that have the built in pegs on top that also flip out for a wider foot placement. I seldom use them flipped out but use them on top all the time. I have a bad lower back and the higher I can get my feet up the better I feel. I would put my feet up on the handle bars if I could learn to work the clutch with my toes.

I don't really use the built-in pegs much but I like it because it is smaller and I think it has better lines.

I have the HD bars, there good to stretch out your legs on long rides. I like the clean look of the mustache bars.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but where did you get those leather wraps?

I have them on my bike and later installed the SE Heavy Breather which made the rest on the right side useless. As far as the leather wraps Captain Itch (sponsor here) sells them. I wish I had not gotten rid of my stock engine guard so I could put on soft lowers.
