I bought a GPS inter phase and the dealer can't seem to get it working. I have a friend that is having the same problem. I'm about to tell the dealer to take it of beacuse it is causing problems with my CB. Anyone else have this problem?
It will be hard to get any kind of helpful information, without more info on what you have. What year is your bike, what GPS, also when you say inter phase, are speaking of the NAM, the Navigation Interface #76000024?
I ask for this info, because there are several problems that exist and without the exact info, there is no way to try and help.
A few of the known problems, the original instructions mixed pin 19 and 31. Instructions revised in 8/10, dealer should know of this. If you have a Zumo 660 instead of a RT Zumo 660 it will not operate with the radio. The speaker rocker has to be in the bottom position. Some RT Zumo 665's and I believe the radio with v8.25 have a software problem, that I believe Harley is working on a new update at this time to resolve this issue. Their are other things also, but again without more info, it's hard to help.
Yes its a 76000024 Inter phase. I had it to the dealer and they got it working for about 30 minutes. By the time I got home it wasn't working again. Plus the mp3 player never worked through the inter phase. My dealer seem as lost on this as I am.
