Default case boring?

Hey all, I've decided to do a big bore on my ride - just wondering if anyone knows how big I can go without getting my cases bored? I'm thinking of going with a 107" which I think I can do without case boring.

107" is as big as you can go without boring your cases. Lots of good kits out there for the 107". Buy one and go. Try putting a lot of different parts together and you end up with a science project that will not run worth a crap. Ride safe.

4.375 stroke. 107 is the biggest you can go. There are also 106" kits available for your bike that do not require case boring.

well I have Woods tw-555's. pushrods from Fuelmoto, PCV w/map from Fuelmoto, all I really have left to buy is pistons other than getting cylinders bored locally. Any recommendations on pistons? I'm thinking 10:2:1 or 10:5:1..

A few years ago during the last fuel price crisis, I did my 107" at 9.5:1 compression so I could burn lower octane fuel, glad I did. As long as you don't go to radical on cams, works well.

Just call Fuel Moto and get their 107" kit. Hell you almost have the whole thing already anyway. Great reviews around here. Jamie will have a map and everything for you.

A good idea when finding a place to bore cylinders is to make sure they have the proper fixtures for harley jugs. There are thousands of machine shops with boring equipment, not nearly that many that have a lot of experience doing what you want.
I recommend finding your local pro drag racers and ask them.
