Wow... You'd think Bobby Woods would have issue with that ??
He may be able to control the advertised price, but he can't control the sales price can he? Similar to the HD dealers that discount online orders. Just can't advertise it.

I hear ya but I kinda heard he likes to keep his prices close in line. I guess he can control his dealers ???
you get what you pay for - you know anyone else that designs cams that will answer the phone and talk to you personally??? Try to find someone at a dealership competent enough to chat about cams, other than price and what the most popular is.......
From: 12 year, Colombia, 4 years Mexico, currently In Kuwait, but Boston is HOME!!
I found the 103 sluggish on the highway passing trucks at 80-85 was not easy when it should have been for an engine of this size, I ordered from Fuel Moto: SE Air, jackpot 2-1-2 ceramic headers, PC-V, Klock werks Slips and Woods 555's cams and pushrods.
I am going to ride the bike for a week or two more when I get home and then put it all in so I can really notice the difference. My Cuz has a buddy that is a mechanic at HD of Easton Ma. He is going to do the work. He agreed that the motor was not doing all that it could stock and many other customers have had the same complaint.
I called fuel Moto from Colombia and they said that this was a great package. I checked out the charts on line and I think that this is exactly what I needed.
I cant wait t have it done. I could do it right away and I think that I could have my cuz pick up the bike and do it for me but I really want to ride the bike for about 500 more miles before I do it, get a really good feel for the stock motor again, I have been gone since october. After I get 500 on her I am going to install the whole shebang, Then I hoping she will run like a raped ape!!! I will let you all know in late June-Early May. Good luck with your cam choice.
Thanks for all the advice guy's, but I was really trying to find the spec's for the stock cam's. This way I can compare the difference between what's currently in the bike and what's out there.

The things that jump out are the short duration (198*), and the complete lack of overlap. The intake doesn't open until 12* atdc, which is 8* after the exhaust valve closes, and really shuts down exhaust scavenging.
On the plus side, the cams aren't picky at all about what exhaust system you choose to run.
That's what I was looking for. I knew if anyone would have this information you guys would.
It's now time to do a little homework. For what it's worth, I'm wanting to increase Torque in the 2800 to 3500 rpm range.

Dave Mackie answers his phone and will talk to you too. Not a shot at Woods, but Dave designs his cams, not to mention his beatuiful headwork. You asked.
