ARC Audio install
OK-so far so good. This seems like a pretty sweet deal.
I picked up the MPAK 5 which includes the tweeters for an extra 50 bux.So far just installed the AMP & speakers.
Had to do some pre-drilling to mount the speakers as the pre-drilled holes were way to tight but a fairly easy install.
I may be blind but the instructions don't really seem to address the crossover units that came with the tweeters and I am not sure where I would put them.I guess in the bags. You definitely don't get the crisp highs with the system but neither did stock.
I also need to do some tweaking, a lot of adjustments on this baby and I have been out of the audio game for some time.I'll be calling them tomorrow.
But the bottom line is that this thing cranks and at speeds of 75-80 yesterday I could hear the music pretty darn clear.Definitely put a very large grin on my face.I bought the unit for clarity rather than raw power and it seems to deliver quite nicely.
Life is good!
