anyone know about a poping out of the exhuast after letting off the throttle after installing the power commander. I put rineheart tru dul's pipes and a SE heavy breather and all was good after I installed the power commander I get popping out of the exhuast.

You probably need to make the fuel mixture a little more rich in the rpm range where the popping occurs. did you get the PCV from fuel moto? if you did, call them and they will send you a new map.

Mine did the same thing after installing (PCIII).
I adjusted my settings like jjnoble said and it helped 75%.
I replaced the burned-out packing in my mufflers and gained the other 25%.

Sounds and runs sweet now.

Make sure you don't have any exhaust leaks. Then you can add fuel in the 0 column and it will stop.

The only thing that concerns me about adding fuel is it already has a rich smell to it I had them program the PC for me and I never did any programing on it myself and not sure what all is involved and am a little nervous about trying it I dont want to screw anything up. I was told I had to brin git in to get dyno done after installing the PC but they want a ton of money to do it..

Good luck on fixing this! On my 2004 RKC I never got it solved. I did the new gaskets, sealing the pipes, new clamps, getting fuel moto maps, trying my own maps, etc. The bike had V & H true duals with fuel moto dyno tuned mufflers, screaming eagle air cleaner. When I sold the bike it still had the obnoxious decel popping.

had my pcv for two years and the bike still pops on decel, tried three different maps and it still does it, I'm running wild-pigs slip-ons. I just have gotten used to it and it really doesn't bother me any more. Good luck
