ltmdl90, I am your height and ride a triglide ultra. Just installed a 61/2 klock werks dark smoke windsheild has a flip up, today was my first ride with it, takes a little getting use to. Make sure you can see over the flipups it messes with you eyes if trying to look through the flip. I can see over most of the time, would be perfect if I set up another inch and 1/2 higher. I can ride with my AirHawk and seems better.

So do you think a 6" is to small?

Put a piece of masking tape on your current shield vertically and mark with a pencil what height is max for you...i like to see just over it comfortably....order that height...should be around 7" the top flip makes for a comfy ride...
