My 2011 Ultra Classic is a pain to get into Neutral. I've got about 1,500 miles on it now and the dealership put Syn3 in at the 1,000-mile service. I sure hope it gets better with age.
Add me to the club @%$#% Yes, it a pita to find... supposed to get better after a few thousand miles and a few oil changes... switching to synthetic is supposed to help as well... and the clutch adjustment others mentioned
Same problem on my 2011 FLHRC. Redline at 1000 helped a little. In general it seems to drop in much easier if you are still moving right before you stop.
Hard to find neutral when new, clutch ws a bit tight but close to 2K mile its geting much better.
Same here, My 08UC was tight at first, and like you said, it was easy to find neutral after a few thousand miles. I've used Forumla +, since the bike was new.

i've been using redline shockpruf heavy for the trans and B&M trickshift automatic transmission fluid in the primary. a proper clutch adjustment and the above recipe of fluids will make your bike shift as well as a honda, and that's saying a lot. just think, "snick" rather than "clunk"
My 09 FLHTC was an absolute pig to get into neutral.
It turned out that I had problems with the tranny. I ended up getting it rebuilt under warranty and it became a much more manageable issue.
They DID use Syn when they rebuilt the box, and adjusted the clutch - and it was done at about 7000 mi, so it was broken in nicely.
