I have the HD adjustable passenger footpegs. My wife loves them. I did use Blue loctite when installing them. She leaves them in the up position and is easily able to put her feet on the boards or the pegs when she wants to change position.

Adjustment is easy and can be done on the move, just pull the spring-loaded pin out, move the pegs to a different postion and the pin will snap in place. I have found it better to check to make sure the pin is seated, however. They also pivot all the way to the rear when I am riding solo. One thing you may want to think about. If your passenger will be adjusting them to several positions get round pegs since the angle changes.

Yep, I have both. Kuri is by far the best, (in the opinion of my Sweetie)

You could use blue locktite, easy to remove, but they have lockwashers that don't really require locktite. The bolts only need to be tightened to 14 or 18 ft/lbs. I never have lost one nor have I needed to retighten and I have had them off a couple of times to work on other things on the scoot.

Kury adjustable here to and wife loves them, only thing for us is I am short and have big calves so when we stop she kicks her floorboards up and slides her feet back a little on the pegs, this gives me plenty of room.

I have the Kurykan mounts but I replaced the Kurykan foot pegs with HD chrome & rubber footpegs to match my highway pegs up front. The Kurykans are quite a bit cheaper than the HD brand plus I already had a spare set of HD pegs. My wife loves them for the versitily on long rides.
