Has anyone tried these mufflers from this guy?

I have just purchased his B & E superflow mufflers for my Streetglide. They are not loud at all until you twist that throttle.then they ROCK. I think they sound AWESOME!. They are just what I was looking for, great price & not too loud. On my test ride, I went to the dealership to meet a brother and got some " that sounds great " comments , One guy who had a Street glide kinda looked at me funny because they are Street glide mufflers that he re-worked and he was like, mine dont sound like that? . I got no popping at all & I have no Mods. Someday when the wife will allow me to spennd some money, I will.

SIDENOTE about BOBVIC

I ordered them on Sunday, I got them Sat morning. Bob emailed me for the reason for the delay. no problem at all for me. I put them on and the left one was making a rattling noise. I emailed bob that night & he responded right away & is sending me out a replacement. To me, this is the BEST service I have ever got from anyone. So Feel secure dealing with him.

one of the guys who sells reworked stock mufflers on ebay got a bad rap due to his LOOOONG delay in shipping.

dont know if this is him or not... BUT, i got my Python slip-on's off of ebay for like $175 and they were in as-new condition. if you have a little patience, you can find nice pipes cheap.

 

Do a search on ebay mufflers, many threads on this for you to read.

 

I've got the Superflows also.....I'm very satisfied.....don't confuse the Superflows with the Max Performance....I believe the Superflows are better

Yeah , Bobvic isn't that guy, I have read through all the posts about that, man, was my head spinning, it seemed easy to confuse them, I did my research here and found only positive things about Bob, Thats why he got my business. You don't send him your pipes to have them reworked, he has them already.

 

i got slip-ons from the other guy.

I won't name the company but it took so long to get the items--I filed a complaint with EBAY---got my money back--pipes showed up a week after that ---now I have to ship them back to the guy. Horrible customer service.

I have since ordered wild pigs--waiting for them to show up.

 

I have a set of the Max II slip ons on my 06 Roadking and I have had them for a year now and I love them. Costomer service was great and he shipped them real quick.

 

Nope, but I have tried these. (www.rollingthunderpipes.com). Almost two years on the bike. Great sound and performance. No blueing, excellent chrome work. $199 delivered.

 

I have his Superflows also- Great sound. Nice and deep. Really bark when you get on it. Just right IMO
