Doesn't the EG already come with a cigarrette lighter?? I know my Street Glide has one. If not I believe Radio Shack sells them. Or you could always just order one from Harley.

Harley sells the power point,cigerette lighter recepticle with ready to plug in harness, less than 20.bucks. its in the catalog
Boy this really shows how well some of the sales people go over the features on the bikes.....for the record my EGC has the elusive cig lighter on it too.
