Fast Aire "Aero" Windshield Users: Calling All 6-Footers!
#21
Do you guys look over or thru the w/s? I'm 6'2" and look over my 8" Clearview recurved & like it. But it's 3 yr old & 30k mi, getting scratched a little & it looks like it doesn't have as much curve as this one. Does the curve distort vision? I bought a Klock Werks 8.5" for my 6' daughter's new FLHX and it really distorts vision. It's really good air flow & ok for me if looking over but not for her when looking thru the curves. I think the aero might be better at 6" or 8".
I have been using a Clearview 9 1/2" recurve since 2008 with about 40,000 miles on it.
I switched to the 10" Fast Aire Areo earlier this summer and I'm much happier with it.
They only made a light tint in 8" or 10" not a 9", so I went with the 10".
The Fast Aire is actually wider near the top which helps along with more flip.
So gage by what size you are using now. You will like the Fast Aire Areo.

Glad to see you selling that shield again.
For what its worth guys, Jim is a really great guy to deal with. I would recommend this shield over waiting months and paying more for a Clearview.
