Since you went and put a couple of miles on it, did you notice how heavy it steered? Maybe ride it today as a refresher, and when you put the raked trees on it you will notice a hell of a difference.

Yes, I hope the steering improves quite a bit when I get the raked trees on. Will there be a dramatic improvement?

I installed one of thier kits on my wifes 2008 1200 custom along with the raked trees. The quality of the kit is great and very well made and thier customer support has been fabulous.
The ride is very stable. I put it through it's paces before i handed it over to the wife and basically tortured the thing. All i have to say is its a bullet proof setup.

Alamo City HD (San Antonio) is now offering Frankenstein kits installed on any of their inventory, or on your bike. I saw a new 2011 Sporty after the shop finished - looked great. also EagleMark will finance the build.
