Memory Maker II build
Well since I totalled
my original "Memory Maker" (my 04 Ultra Classic) I purchased a used 09 Ultra and have started the transformation from mild to stupid.
Here are some current progress pics
Pics one and two is when I first got it home after it literally sat two years since the owner died. It had a lot of dust and needed a battery. Other than that it has done fine and only had 4k miles on it with 3 years warranty but who needs that.

Pic 3 has the mirrors and windshield

Pic 4 has the headlight and spot light visors

Pic 5 shows the breather assembly that matches the wheels I ordered.

Phase 2 of the build
Pic 1 shows the saddlebag latches I machined and had chromed.

Pic 2 shows the PM XL grips. Love them!

Pic 3 shows my lovely assistant wiring up my 14" Yaffe Monkey Bars!

Pic 4 is the tear down of the front end for Chrome lowers and wheel

Pic 5 shows the finished product: Renegade 21" wheel, Fat Bagger flush axle, single sided 6 piston 13" PM brake caliper. I machined the caliper mointing tab off my stock right lower slider and had them chromed to save a little money. Yes I know the DEI front fender is not drilled. I just sat it there for a visual.

Phase 3
Pic 1 shows the beginning of the ape installation.

Pic 2 I just ran the brake lines to the abs box for the single side brake.

Pic 3 shows the 200 tire on the 17" wheel. (NICE)

Pic 4 shows the finished bars other than clutch cable and also the ceramic Rush header pipe.

Pic 5 shows me fitting the Sinister fender. Super nice piece!

More of phase 3

Just a few more shots of everything I have done so far including the Sinister
stretched saddlebags.

Also shows the C&C solo seat with stitched tribal flames.

Trying to decide if and what stretched tank I want.
Also thinking about a chin spoiler. Parts are going to paint next week.

Yep they are ABS. They are a nice piece. My only complaint with Sinisters fender is the tag recess is way undersize. Looks like I am going to have to trim 1/2" off each end of the tag to make it fit then wither make a frame or buy one from Sinister.
JuJu was in Huntsville. She only does house calls to my house! LOL I am going to be sending you some stuff to see if that guy can get it chromed.

Well hopefully in 2 weeks it will be a lot closer to finished!
