my local dealer Sanford hd tarveled 40 miles round trip, installed 2 throttle cables out the door for 170.00........... BUT they want 360 bucks for an OE rear tire!!! holy crap
Those guys are great. I have East Orlando HD 5 miles from my house... and all three of the HD bikes I have purchased has been with Seminole HD.
I am giving East Orlando HD another chance with the CVO... but I will ride the 45 minutes to get the Seminole HD if I see things not working for me again...
When I asked them a few months ago they said 300 I have an 09 street glide.Bought a tire & rim with 50 miles on it for 200 & am going to change them out this week myself.
love hate relationship with them. they do a super job like above on the cables but scratch my bike in the process.
recently asked them to check my fog lites (hd they installed) when it was in for something else. they called and said " we have power to the relay but need 1.5 hrs diag to go further". almost as much as i paid for the lites so i said no. got it home took the seat off and figured id start by looking at the relay area. pulled the wire up and the relay was brown, oozing corrosion out of the case to the point where the case was swelled up. this is the relay that had power to it huh? replaced the 7 dollar relay and all is well. they tried to rip me a new one that deal.
Seminole bailed my butt out with clutch issue during a bike week, very fast temp fix as no right part, no charge. Nothing but good to say about them, put me right to the front of line since I was 200 miles away.
