Age
This is from Harley's website:
The average Harley owner:
Male, age 47
Median income: $82,000
I am way below in category and way above another.
But how does the saying go, "You show me a guy with 2 Harleys and I will show you someone whom is poor"

She calls it and old man bike because most of those she sees riding them are, shall I say "older" and thats because
1) younger guys can not afford them
2) younger guys would have a hard time showing off on one.
3) ricers are cheaper
4) young men (at least the ones I know) do not have the time to take long rides.
When I first got my bike, the fellow next door asked me, "where are you going on that thing", my response was "EVERYWHERE" (& I have)

I'll be hitting the big five-0 this summer. Ride an '06 EGC and just love it. This is the ninth bike I've owned in my life but my first Harley. Would like to have done this along time ago, but wife, kids, and home took priority. You've all heard this story before. Anyway, I'll be riding this bike as long as I physically can.
