Question stage 1 question?

Bought this 2007 second hand from a dealer, not harley. So anyway it is a FLHTCU, has vance and Hines slip-on's and has what I think is a high flow air filter, I put on a fuel-pak and am wondering if there is anyway to tell if the ECM was remapped. According to the fuel-pak site it says if you don't know if the ECM is stock or stage 1, use the stock setting. If that is the case then can't be that much to worry about

I also recently bought an '07. Had Rinehart slip-ons and the SE high intake filter. What I was told regarding the stage 1 HD download was that if you can get past 6,000 RPM then you have the download. The stock program hits the rev. limiter at 5800 RPM or so.
