Just found out that so far with out the paint the repair cost is already over 12k and for a 98 that means it's going to be a total loss. New frame and it isn't even factory because they obsoleted it so they would have to go aftermarket. Soooo!! I know what my insurance company is going to do.
I have hired a lawyer but I don't think this kid has any money so not much hope there.
Yup starting to look at what is going to be good but I know that some time is going to be involved as I wait for the insurance co to get there act together.
