Default changing handlebars on a FLHTK

I have a 2010 ultra limited and want to install new handlebars(4" higher) and different grips. Did anyone do this? How involved is it and do I need new cables? Any feedback is appreciated.

I put Wild 1 575's on my 11 Ultra. The only thing I had to change was the clutch cable. If you don't have one already get you a service manual and take your time. It took me about 8 hrs to do mine.

Lots of threads here about this. I did 575 bars, black fork legs, and Intiminators all at once, it was around 12 hours of work all together. I replaced clutch cable and brake lines (+4 and +2 respectively), and I was able to relocate all the other wiring. Do yourself a favor and get the new TBW sensor without the plug.

I've had the Wid 1s WO575 twice. Even though they say it's 10" it won't feel any taller because of the wrist angle. They were comfy though.
